2012 our little flock Close Up fundraising calendar
We had such a successful Farm Open House in August 2011 that I took the wave of enthusiasm for fundraising and community support that I created a calendar.  The our little flock Close Up fundraising calendar showcases the sweet little animals here at the our little flock farm, all while generating funds for the London Health Sciences Foundation (Ontario) benefiting the Multi-Organ Transplant Unit.  This is the cause we raised $2,309 for in the 3-hours of the Farm Open House, and I hope to be able to present them with a cheque for $2,500 through the sale of these calendars.

I designed and contributed photos to the calendar.  I also hired a photographer to take pictures of the animals.  I have put many, many hours into the calendar, volunteer time, of course.  I wanted the greatest amount of proceeds to be available for donation, and by designing the calendar, and working with my mom to get it printed, I was able to save a lot of money versus having it sent to a printers to be designed and printed.  At least half of the $10 purchase price of the calendar will be donated to the LHSF!
This is a beautiful, professional looking calendar.  The quality is top-rate, and it is a very pleasing and useful tool.  These calendars will make great holiday gifts, hostess gifts, and of course, you will need one for yourself to track your happenings for the 2012 calendar year.
